ADA Title II: About the DOJ's New Ruling on Web Accessibility

As it is now public information, the DOJ has proposed rulemaking under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act [ADA]. State and local governments and all entities regulated by them will now have to comply with the ADA to ensure that all of their web content and mobile apps meet accessibility compliance within 2-3 years from the publication of the final rule.
