FlexPass Booking & Cancellation Policies
Eliquo Training and Development Inc. will make every attempt to be flexible in regard to class cancellations and rescheduling. To ensure that everyone enjoys a consistent training experience, Eliquo offers the following policies.
FlexPass Subscription Terms
Subscription Term & Payment
Individual FlexPass purchases carry a minimum term duration of 12 months. When purchasing an Individual FlexPass, you are agreeing to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the quoted subscription rate. FlexPass subscriptions are paid by credit card only. You accept the responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Renewal Terms
Following the end of your 12-month subscription commitment term, Eliquo will automatically convert your annual subscription to a month-to-month subscription. Eliquo will continue to charge the account holder’s credit card for subsequent months at the account’s current monthly billing rate.
FlexPass Cancellation
A subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail to info@eliquotraining.com. Once the subscription cancellation has been approved by Eliquo, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your initial 12-month term. A FlexPass subscription cannot be canceled in advance of the end of the initial 12-month term. Paid subscription fees are nonrefundable.
FlexPass usage will be suspended upon non-payment of monthly subscriptions fees due to a cancelled credit card account. The FlexPass will be re-activated once the account holder has provided an alternate credit card to resume monthly payments.
Class Attendance
If a FlexPass participant does not attend classes or does not provide the required cancellation request (as above), two (2) times or more per month, and the occurrence happens within any three (3) months of the FlexPass term, the individual’s FlexPass may be terminated without refund. Eliquo Individual FlexPasses are designated for identified users only. Any abuse of the engagement from code sharing or other instances of shared participation under one account will result in the FlexPass being terminated without a refund.
Attendance, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
All course cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made a minimum of six (6) business days prior to scheduled class. Changes must be made through the Student Support Centre. In the event that a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you can reserve a seat in the next available class. You will be notified of a class cancellation by email at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Eliquo Training and Development Inc. also reserves the right to postpone or cancel a class at any time for just cause such as instructor illness or other environmental factors. Eliquo is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the email notice where the error is due to the recipient’s email client or service.
Eliquo reserves the right to limit class participant enrolment to ensure courses are delivered effectively. Most classes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
Classes are offered on a first come first serve basis.
Web-Based Training
Eliquo Training and Development Inc. requires that web-based class participants follow the supplied set-up and testing procedures a minimum of three (3) days in advance of their class start date in order to avoid technical issues on the day of their class.
Eliquo is not responsible for participants who are experiencing technical difficulties due to issues incurred on their own computer network(s).
